Hi people, just wanted to write on her for some advice, my child is 6 year old and me and my ex have been split since child was very young. Always had ups and downs since and found things difficult to agree upon but nothing major, until now. Since the split my ex always wanted to get back with me and after 12 month of trying after split, I realized couldn't be trusted and the love had gone. This was explained, however didn't seem to get through, and it was somewhat exhausting and I didn't go back on my word. 18 MTHS ago ex told me he had met someone, I felt relieved and thought been could finally move on. Two months after telling me this he told me still had feelings for me and his girlfriend was not a girlfriend and was nothing serious, and said something vile (sexual), I explained it was none of my business, I wasn't interested, and if he didn't care for the girl to not lead her on, either way leave me out of it, I'm not interested.. the week later my child told me she had met dad's girlfriend, and things quickly progressed she was state there, the new partner was looking after her,vetc.. the only time I created was that I said I need to know where child is staying so if she is staying at ur girlfriend it is considerate to let me know, this didn't happen, and then when I spoke up I got abuse. I just decided to leave it, I heard girlfriend had good job and thought would use ex's judgement as he know loves child and vice versa. However not immediately but in last 8 month there has been non stop problems. Ex stopped paying maintenance on time despite constant request of setting up a standing order this has not been done and is constantly getting later. Especially when we were on holiday and this month, Christmas feel intentional. Then when was my daughter birthday fell on his weekend, she was at school so asked if would be ok if could pick her up and spend two hrs with her, would not move on the matter said was his weekend, simple, said if I didn't back down my life wouldn't be worth living. Following this I drew up a schedule for Xmas, he agreed would have Xmas night boxing Day, but only 3 week ago when I asked if plan was still ok he said he had no recollection, I had photographed the paper so resent it. He said no I'm having her too much. I explained our meal at 1 Xmas day he said I can drop her off at two, this was unreasonable, only one HR. I said no and he did back down, and said would have her for an HR Xmas morning. The last two occasions on time was agreed he has not picked her up, the most recent was just after Xmas and he said was coming 3 hrs later as was on holiday, he has daughter a midweek night and take her to school next day, she is in after club one night week for HR and half and he is saying I need to change my work hours so she is not in club, when I said I can't he text me and say I've phone school advise she is not at after club tonight and you or me will pick her up. I just feel he is trying to control my life, candidate cause problems at every point of contact, then gets extremely basty when I don't agree. The last thing for now is he was behind me in my way to work, it was after recent disagreement, I changed lane and he followed me, then I lost him, then he was parked outside my work, I was expecting him to be at my work when I got there, he wasn't, I feel he is trying to intimidate me and cause unnecessary problem, I just don't know what to do. Thank you for reading
