Wanting to take control in 2019

I wasn't quite sure where to put this, as it fits into lots of categories! I feel like the last 2 years things have gotten out of control, and I want to get back on track

We had a loft conversion done 2 years ago and while upstairs is lovely the downstairs is still a work in progress, plus I've never managed to keep on top of a housework routine so need to get this sorted!

I've put on 1.5stone, and I was already at the top of my healthy BMI, so this definitely needs to go! The list I have a gym membership I've hardly used and would love to get back into running.

Work wise I've made some bad career choices which I've gotten out of now and have gone self employed from Monday. This is easy in my line of work but does mean keeping on top of my paperwork plus buying a new work wardrobe as I need to look more professional

The bad career choices over the last few years have also impacted on time spent with friends and family so I need to spend more time with these people. I've made a start by buying Xmas presents of experiences we can do together but want to keep this up during the year

Sorry for the rambling but I just needed to get all of this out of my head and organise in my mind what I want to achieve this year as I don't want to be in this same situation next year. So if anyone has any advice on goal setting for me, or any tips for any of my goals or wants to share their own that would be great!

MM x
