I use cozi app to do all that. Has grocery list, calendar, routine and recipes.

Having searched far and wide, trialled a variety including Filofax, I have become a fan of the bullet journal. Takes a bit of getting to grips with but it works really well because it’s so flexible, you basically make it what you want.

I buy the same boring Cath Kidston diary every single year. Mainly because I don't know what else to buy. So watching this thread with interest.

I have the family life planner from boxcleverpress.
It has
Routine section (1 for each term)
Weekly diary bit with coloumns for everyone, meal planning column and to-do list on each page.
A Christmas planning section
Summer holiday planner (useful for working out childcare/day trips etc
Big shopping list section that is perforated so you can remove lists.
Monthly budget/todo/calendar sections

I’ve seen them in John Lewis and I’ve seen the calendar version in WH Smith so they probably also stock the diary.

BrieAndChilli · 29/12/2018 11:01

Oh it also comes with lots of stickers for things like doctors/dentist/vets/nights out/birthday/school play/meetings etc etc

Blatant place marking. I just need a simple diary and am probsbly going to treat myself to a paperblanks diary. They are so beautiful.

I tried bullet journal but didnt really workfor me because im lazy

I use a bullet journal mostly, but that's because I'm a constant doodler, so it works for me. I've always preferred written to digital, so I tend to write out my work calendar at the beginning of each month and photocopy it and stick in to my journal. I then have the big A3 one over my desk, and an A5 version. I also copy an A4 version for the fridge at home if it's a busy month.
