Murder getting away from this company but it's a priority for 2019!
Anyway, smart meter died some time ago not replaced yet.
Using app to see balance, topped up gas at1530 but it's STILL NOT showing on the app which is really worrying me!!
I've closed and re-opened the app several times now and I think my electric meter has wrongly been credited when it was the gas I was topping up!
I've double checked with the text they send with the vend code and it's got the gas card number on it so don't think it's my mistake.
Think I'm gonna stick another £5 on see if that jolts it into working?
I really HATE being with this company but they make it VERY hard to leave them!!
On that note any of you employed by other energy companies with experience of customers moving to you from utilita and if so any tips? I've been trying for over a year!
