Is this an established thing now?
Three times in the past week, I've been asked to phone a number or go online to rate the service the till person has provided.
The till people must be under a lot of pressure. The poor lass in Marks and Spencer was being super friendly and practically begging us to phone up. It's like that episode of black mirror where everyone has to rate everyone else and it drives them crazy.
Shops are so pressurised now for both staff and customers.
