WWYD cigarette butts

My neighbour smokes outside. Fair enough and that's sensible as they have kids in the house. However the cigarette butts end up below my kitchen window (on our shared path) and all over my driveway as they aren't careful about where they throw them. They don't seem to use an ash tray. WWYD? I don't want to spoil relationships but I don't like the butts everywhere.

Talk to them about it.

Tell them that, ask them to use an ashtray.

No need to chuck cig butts anywhere but an ashtray, especially not a shared path. Grotty fuckers (I’m a smoker, so I’m not anti smoking, just anti dickhead )

talk to them and suggest they either buy an outside bin, a bucket of sand or put them out on their side.

Get yourself a really noisy Kersher. That will wash all the butts away (direct them back onto their side?) and can be especially effective if used first thing in the morning or last thing at night.

I’m an evil smoker too and that is just gross. I have a large plant pot that I empty. It means nothing blows out in the wind. I would say something. Start with I don’t give a shit about your smoking but can you put your buts in a pot.

Uh I know you're all right but I hate doing this sort of thing!
