I seem to get PMS migraines every month - how can I reduce / prevent the chances naturally?

I’m meeting up with two old school friends and their new babies tomorrow and I am really looking forward to it, but I’m due on soon and get the most horrendous migraines most months. I’m hoping I really don’t get one today / tomorrow that scuppers my plans so am looking for some advice on how I can try to prevent one, preferably in natural ways as I can’t take most medications etc as they aggravate my involuntary movement disorder. I used to take ibuprofen and occasionally sumatriptan but can’t take either really now. 😳🙄
Any suggestions on how to prevent / cure hormone induced migraines are gratefully received!

I find caffeine and paracetamol can delay things a bit. Most effective is a bottle of fentimans cola and 2 paracetamol. Won’t stop it but can usually keep my eye open and me vaguely functioning.

Yes to caffeine, it works on migraines in the same way triptans do. So coffee/ coke when you feel one coming on. Long time sufferer here (including during pregnancy when one GP suggested a couple of paracetamol...)
