Sickness bug, holiday tomorrow

How likely is it that I'll be able to go away tomorrow?

Felt unwell with a cold yesterday, was up a lot of the night feeling sick/faint and having diarrea. Just been sick now.

I'm supposed to be going away tomorrow, it's an 8 hour drive.

I won't be going will, I?

And I'm going to have to phone in sick today, only been at my new job for under 2 months ):

Don’t eat anything until you’ve not been sick for 12 hours. I was sick at 10 on Christmas Day. Lasted until 2 being sick. Boxing Day was able to leave the house until 2 (not near people but long drive to graveyards). I didn’t eat til I got home just in case, but managed it! No further vomiting just exhausted/ cold/ headache. If you want to go and can avoid food until after the journey tomorrow (maybe something plain tonight) then do it.

Well, I've only been sick once and haven't had a bad stomach again, sounds like I'm in the clear!

Just really tired and aching and can't do much.

Very unusual to have only been sick once!
