6+2 pain in abdomen. I'm worried

Id say I get this pain every night and sometimes in the morning. It lasts 5 to 10 minutes then disappears. But it's really quite painful. Moreso than any period pain. But then it just disappears after a while.
I have been googling and got myself worries about an ectopic pregnancy. When they say pain or bleeding is the first sign just how much pain are we talking about and is it constant?
My pain feel all over my abdomen but then mote painful in my right side and around my back

Bump anyone. I had pain last night actually for about 20 mins then it left. Woke up and so far no pain. It's usually at night and in morning and feels quite intense.

I had an ectopic and didn't have typical symptoms, just a really heavy, dragging pain low down, I also struggled to walk. I doubted myself and procrastinated about going to epu and it had ruptured by the time I had surgery. Hopefully this isn't the case for you but definitely get it checked.

Thanks Elsa. I dont have the dragging feeling and I feel fine the rest of the time so I don't want to waste anyone's time when i have pain for 5 to 10 mins am and pm.

Guess I'll call the dr for advice.
