Thorntons... remastered? Bloody ruined.

I may be slow to the bandwagon here.

I've known for ages that thorntons "classic" were a load of bollocks, but thought that continental were still decent. I got a box from a child for Christmas and was all excited about eating them.

I've just cracked the box open. What the actual?! Cappuccinos are gone, diplomats are gone, there are two bloody caramel oranges (what even is that?!) And the treasured alpini was chalky and tasteless.

Why ruin something wonderful?

I used to work for them, went down hill when they were bought by Ferrero unfortunately - prices increased & quality reduced However, Thorntons make M&S chocolates and aldi’s Moser Roth so try those
