It's AMAZING! The ratio is 2 buttons to 1 pastel. Pop in mouth. Melty chocolate fruity HEAVEN!

You are welcome!

Ok I want this. Are you making actual sandwiches? One pastille in the middle of 2 buttons?

Jigglyjugs · 27/12/2018 18:48

Whisky2014 · 27/12/2018 19:16

I know this sound revolting but milkybars / buttons with a TINY ( one or two grains ) of fresh ground black pepper ohhhhhhhh yessssss

Whisky2014 · 27/12/2018 19:30

Try eating a polo mint and then eat some wotsits

Amazingly nice

Same to eating some chocolate and then eating a crisp

Whisky2014 · 27/12/2018 19:38

No way re. Polo and watsits!

But Yeh i like a chocolatey crisp!

PhaedrasChocolate · 27/12/2018 19:40

Yep, milk chocolate and Walkers Ready Salted. Even nicer if you put the crisps in the fridge first, I have no idea why!

OneStepMoreFun · 27/12/2018 19:54

I just couldn't do that to a fruit pastille. What are you thinking? All that gorgeous chewy fruity texture being clagged up by melty vanilla chocolate.

hugoagogo · 27/12/2018 19:58

Just no

JustfiedandAncient · 27/12/2018 20:01

Cheese and onion crisps in the same mouthful as a toffee crisp mmmmmm

AGHHHH · 27/12/2018 20:08

Log no to all of these!

AGHHHH · 27/12/2018 20:08

Oh no *

LuvMyXmasBooze · 27/12/2018 20:09

Another for chocolate and crisps: cheese and onion Walkers with Wispa...heavenly heaven.

Whisky2014 · 27/12/2018 22:20

Ooft there's so much to try! Im still dubious about the polo and watsit though. I'm imagining the water melting in sticky lumps to the polo?

I don't think I would like the sweet & savoury combos but you never know . . . . . . > adds both to shopping list

Bowchicawowow · 28/12/2018 13:13

Slices of Pink lady apples and peanut butter.

Whisky2014 · 28/12/2018 13:17

Oh i have both in my house bow. Will try that shortly!

OP posts:
Angie169 · 28/12/2018 13:21

ohh I have Braburn apples peanut butter AND cheese . . . . . . drool

DianaPrincessOfThemyscira · 28/12/2018 13:25

Are you all pregnant?

The only one I can get on board with is cheese and apple.

Bowchicawowow · 28/12/2018 13:27

Report back Whisky with a review Smile

Whisky2014 · 28/12/2018 13:29

diana I can't speak on behalf of everyone but I am! But actually, I don't think that's altering my tastes. I think buttons and pastels just go really well together!

Bow.. I will!

Ha, I always had white button with a jelly tot combo - bit smaller and better ratio than a fruit pastel Grin

Deathraystare · 28/12/2018 13:42

What are you lot like! So this is what mumsnetters get up to when you think all is quiet.....

Whisky2014 · 28/12/2018 13:43

Didn't even know you could still get jelly tots! I love them!!
