Lost Kitten

My six month old kitten has escaped :( She's never been outside before and I don't know if she'd recognise the house. We have been searching for her all day and have put food, cat litter and her cat box on the drive in attempt to lure her home. Any words of wisdom or stories of cats who have found their way home? Very upset and worried :(

Oh no! Is she home? No advice other than what you’ve done, and to keep calling her name

Is she definitely outside and not hiding inside in an impossibly small hiding place?

A development! She is somehow on the roof... We are so glad to have found her but we are not sure how to get her down. Opened all the skylights and shaken her food in the hope she will get down the way she presumably got out

Would a ladder help? Ours will sometimes try a ladder.

Or tie some sheets together and onto the skylight?
