Is this Eczema?

Small bumps on DD's forehead. Spreading very slowly (over many months).

Orangey lumps very small.

Any ideas? They don't itch or irritate.

It's not eczema. Eczema is usually more inflamed than that.

Definitely not exzema, which is dry, sore, itchy and inflamed. How old is DD? Could you pop into a pharmacy for some advice?

Thanks. She is 7, I'll pop into the pharmacy and see if they can advise.
I think it could be milia.
