10 yr old Dd with spots on forehead.Advice?

Hi there. My nearly 10 yr old Dd has quite a few pimples on her forehead. We have been using simple face wash and moisturiser which hasnt really helped. I had mild acne, DH had just a few spots as a teen. Im worried for her a bit. She is changing towards puberty - and feel its just soo early these days 😥😥 i dont know whether to visit the gp/ dermatologist ir what !! Any advice greatly appreciated. She also wears the cutest glasses ( not anything wrong with this at all ) but am scared of how nasty girls can be to each other 😢

I really feel for her as I suffered with horrendous acne all through my teens. I remember getting my first bad spots at around age 10 and by 16, my face was pretty covered.
It took me until 16 to finally go on antibiotics and I wish I'd done it sooner as it could have prevented a lot of the scars I have now. Mine actually returned once stopping antibiotics and in the end I was on Roaccutane at 25 but your daughter sounds a long way off that.
I wish I'd been taken to a Dermatologist before mine got as severe as it did. They may be able to suggest some topical treatments for her and get her in a good skincare routine early which might prevent her needing tablets down the line.
