Now Christmas is out of the way.

Eat my 5 a day more (considering I’m vegan I manage this ridiculously infrequently)

Get back to running sub 1.40 half marathons, I’ve got increasingly slow and unfit in the last 2 years.

Spend more time reading/less time on my phone

Drink less beer Blush

Yours are very similar to mine.

Eat my 5 a day and stop snacking
Get back to running. Hopefully I’ll lose weight with that combination.

Read more. Especially to the kids. Some evenings I’m so tired that I can’t manage the chapter books that I start reading to them.
Last year, I think I read about 7 books for myself.

More day trips with the kids.

Get back into the gym and lose the extra weight I’m carrying. I’m a size 14 and would like to be a 10/12 by this time next year

Reduce the amount of time I spend on social media. By next year I would prefer to only actively use one platform for staying in touch with close friends and family.

I’d really like to learn sign language.

Have made steps towards two of these by joining a new gym and signing up to a 6wk course starting next week. And yesterday I drastically reduced followers and friends across social media so I only have people I regularly speak to on there.

Have researched a course of BSL as well.

STOP SMOKING! I had for years, but after the death of my wife I slipped back into it.
Continue to lose weight.
Learn a language.
Ride at 200mph +

Also, get out more and meet people.
Maintain my friendships better.

Plan meals better.

Stop spending money on useless crap. Quality clothes only.

Attempt to vary the diet of the fussy three year old DTs. Wish me luck....

No, unless they're realistic.

Frog I want to get a hold of my spending. I never go overdrawn or run out of money but would save a fortune if I stopped buying cans/bottles of drinks and coffees every time I’m outBlush
