Hello, thinking about New Years resolutions...or (less daunting) just things I want to start doing!
I want to find 1 hour each day to relax without my phone. I work pretty long hours but I do get home most evenings about 7 and go to bed around 10 for an early start the next day. Feel like I waste a lot of that time, being tired and aimlessly scrolling on my phone in a pretty mindless state.
Would love some ideas on what you do to relax in the evenings.
I live on my own but have a dog, pretty flexible just want to get off my phone and learn to enjoy and appreciate the time
