Why can't/doesn't Victoria Beckham smile like a normal natural person?

I just don't get it. She smiled naturally enough when she was younger. It always looks so odd to me. What's going on?

She's much better looking when she doesn't smile. Google it and you'll see.

Maybe she's had enough work by now that her smile is ok now, but when she was younger it wasn't great, but she looked pretty hot when she looked serious/pissed off.

Self conscious and judging by THAT email, no family privacy and the body language it can't be nice living with her husband. I suspect she would smile if single.

Maybe she's naturally not a smiler, not everyone walks around with a smile on their face 24/7. I'm not sure what it has to do with you tbh op!

I don’t think it’s anything to do with happiness. She seems quite insecure & obessed with projecting a certain image, she thinks she looks better not smiling hence she doesn’t. I’ve seen here in person & she didn’t stop fidgeting, her hand was always by her face or tilting her head in certain ways, very unnatural.

Agree with Ivegotthree, her smile isn't the most attractive in the world yet she looks great when not smiling. It's not rocket science.

Victoria Beckham has been in the public eye for so long that her lacking of smiling on demand has been discussed many times. She has admitted previously that she is shy / embarrassed about her teeth and how her mouth looks when she smiles in photos.

Maybe because of the filllers!

It can show 2 upper lips, like Nicole Kidman has. VB s lip and cheek augmentation are terrible, so they must look horrendous when she smiles.

Im sure she’s perfectly capable of smiling but she chooses not to in photos. That is the image she’s chosen to publicly project. I’m sure her private snaps look different.

The not smiling is her thing isnt it.
I like VB I wonder does she put up with a lot on the home front.He seems so in love with himself .
She looks very uncomfortable in recent years compared to her earlier pap walks from years ago.

God why the stick? I hate how she is picked apart so much.

How about, it's just her look? It's how she feels comfortable in photos. She's the face of her brand. I dunno.

But I see a bloody hard-working woman who has every right to have whatever fucking expression she wants on her face.

And all this bloody ridiculous extrapolation about her personal life... none of you know a damn thing about her, and if you believe what you read in the Daily Mail, then you're as bad as the journalists that make up the shit in it.

How about starting a positive thread and thinking about happy things rather than just bitching about people in the public eye for fun.....? It might even make you a happier person.

I’m guessing she’s perfectly happy with the life she has.

Being married to that arsehole might suck out the joy but she’s chosen that.

I think she is very self conscious of her teeth, I know she has had considerable work done on them, but they still aren’t great, so I think she still hides them a bit.

I rarely do a full on smile in photos - I hate my teeth and smile so I do a sort of rubbish smirk or tend to look in another direction Grin I have a bad case of resting bitch face, people who don’t know me really well quite often say they saw me on x day but I looked angry/moody etc so didn’t want to stop and talk to me!!! I’m very very rarely angry or in a mood, I just have a horrible face Grin
I smile and laugh a lot in real life but I can’t see myself so it’s fine.
I don’t know why VB doesn’t smile much in public but I don’t know why she has to to please others.
