Red skin rash behind toddlers knees

My daughter has developed a red, dry skin behind knees. No major concerns, I suspect it's a bit of eczema but I have no idea what creams are good to try and alleviate it, does anyone have any recommendations

E45 from any chemist or supermarket

Aveeno is meant to be good for this

Epaderm is what we use.

Sudocrem. Always cleared it on mine

Diprobase
And make sure you aren’t using anything other than water to wash with - no bubble baths etc

Thank you, will have a look at the pharmacists tomorrow. It doesn't seem to be bothering her but rather try and nip it in the bud if possible

If it's inflamed a steroid cream might be needed. There are some very mild ones from 0.5% hydrocortisone. It might be worth asking the pharmacist to have a look. Generally keep the skin well mositurised.
If the eczema persists I would go to the GP. Ours referred DD to a nurse led eczema clinic who were very helpful (well apart from one who suggested our cat was the problem which we knew wasn't the case).
