First off happy Christmas!!
Just wanted some advice/help on how to handle anxiety and stress.
This past year I've had a few issues with partner and pil, I used to suffer with anxiety and panic attacks but haven't been affected by them for almost 4-5 years and now I'm starting to slip back into the way I was before all the problems started, I tend to go to bed feeling extremely on edge and like I can't get enough air in when I breathe In, stress headaches and just generally not feeling on top of it all. I'm so worried about going back to having full panic attacks and it ruiling my life, any one got any tips on helping with this sort of thing xx
