Honest.

He’s just finished his stint this year at a NT property in Somerset.

He’s home and we are drinking fizz, eating prawns and watching Christmas Vacation Grin

Christmas has officially arrived here.

And best of all the NT property are sending out a contract for next December and he’s doing an extra day ,..an autism friendly one. As parents of an autistic child we are extra happy about this,

He must bring such joy to so many children and their grown-ups, how wonderful!

And that's great about the autism friendly session, I wish our local NT property would do one. We took DS last year. There were elves jingling bells outside the grotto, singing songs, talking to the kids, and by the time we went inside he was so agitated that when he saw Santa his only response was to drop to the floor and start rolling around on the carpet then when Santa tried to speak to him he crawled under a table and refused to come out. Santa didn't know what to do or say so called in an elf to try help us which only made it worse Blush

If he’s at Stourhead I hear he was very good!

Not Stourhead sadly ..he was bit further west but he loves doing it. Does it every year and loves chatting to the children. Grin
He works in various schools the rest of the year doing living history days. This is good as when the children tell him where they go to school he often kow$ the names of teachers which adds an “oh my god he must be real” moment, Smile
