Anyone ordered from Gardening Express?

They have a couple of items I’m looking for not available from Crocus (my old go to - not cheap - place for online plants). Plus competitively priced.

Any experience of Gardening Express?

Online reviews are quite marmite -ie it’s fab / crap - very little average-style reviews.

I wouldn’t order from them.

At the bottom of their website they expressly say we do not operate a telephone support service. I’m sorry but if somethings wrong with my order or I want to check something about stock, I want to ring quickly.
All good website guides say address and phone number should be a minimum.
Have you got a decent independent you can go to nearby that you’ve an ask to get stuff?
