Kids need more than I can give - help

Today I learned that my son 11 has been cutting himself. Also that he has been involved in some v dark stuff online... talk of self harm, suicide, porn, abuse, feeling unliked and unwanted.

We had a long chat, he was very tearful, says he still has secrets he can't tell me.

This evening I noticed a wine glass sticking out from.under my 16yo's bedside table. Further investigations revealed a total of 3, one smashed. They appear to have been there for some time (dusty).

She wasn't remotely apologetic, just rude, and denied she'd put them there which is plainly untrue.

I'm at a bit of a loss. I'm a lone parent and have been since my youngest was born.
I try v hard to give the children good lives; they attend pretty good schools, do some extra curricular stuff, get to do fun adventures, have friends who seem lovely and so on.

Clearly I'm not doing enough. Both kids appear to have secretive and destructive habits and I actually don't understand the allure or how to help them.

Please, if you've been through similar and come out the other side, can you offer some advice?

Self harm, porn and secrets he can’t share would make me worry about sexual abuse. I think you need to ring social services and ask them to point you in the direction of support with parenting.
