Trigger Warning SH - plausible cover up

I have, and in all liklihood will continue to, self harm on my arm this week.
Luckily I haven't got work at the moment and have been discrete enough around my kids and partner by wearing long sleeves etc.
However, this has been tricky and I don't think I can keep it up for much longer.
If I buy a wrist support I think I could cover it up. Is this a plausible cover up? I am customer facing at work so it's essential that the SH is not seen. But how long can I say a sprained wrist can go on for??

As long as it needs to, meaning for as long as you need to cover up. I’d just say your wrist is sore and needs a bit of extra support which will hopefully give enough time for your arm to heal.

I have/had tendonitis and have worn a wrist support on and off for 3 years, so as long as you need to. I hope you're getting the support you need x

Tendonitis is great - hadn't thought of that. I'll Google symptoms and causes now.
Thank you.
