Dishwasher help!

Is anyone any good with dishwashers, specifically Hotpoint and error codes?

Hotpoint LTF 8B019 not finishing cycle, light on display fast flashing and display shows ‘10’.

Any experts out there?

I think it might mean there's a problem with the heating element - ring them in the morning and find out.

If you Google instruction manual for your make and model there is usually a free downloadable pdf in the manufacturers website. In the pdf it should tell you the error code meaning.

I have the manual but that only corresponds to light codes which my machine doesn’t have, it’s very odd

I will ring tomrrow but this sort of thing makes me stupidly anxious so I was hoping there was something I could do myself tonight

I really hope it's something easily sorted. No one needs an appliance failure this time of year. I couldn't be without my dishwasher any time of year!
