Why is Argos so shit?

Been trying to order a tv for the past 5 hours.. all I keep getting is a bloody red traffic light... arrgghhh 😩

My Ds ended up crying in the shop Last week . Everything he wanted to buy was not available for collection that day . I had to take him back to collect it.

Is there a reason you’re ordering so near to Christmas? Is it s gift or a necessity?

I have been shopping at Argos since circa 1983 and have never ever had a problem with it.

Ordering because the tv has broken.
Thought it would be easier than just going in the morning but alas it's not to be

Bit like BookMum - I've been shopping in Argos for many decades and have found it to be good nearly all the time. Rarely had a problem with it tbh.
