Anyone else noticed that when they blow their nose...

My eyes feel like they're going to pop out and they water? I literally blow a drop or two of tear fluid out my eyes when I blow my nose now. Only been happening in the last year or so, before then I could blow and only my nose emitted anything

I do this, but only on the left.
I can literally blow bubbles into my eye with the air that follows.

I'm sure I blow air out of my ears.

My ears whistle when I blow my nose

I go dizzy when I blow my nose.

They are connected and so you're probably forcing some air out. I had a friend who could snort milk and cry it out. Yes, I also wouldn't believe an internet random who said this - but I saw it.

I think its something to do with when you cry and blow your nose. I’ve personally never done this, but I know people do.
