Anyone ordered M&S The Collection British Sirloin of Beef with Shallot Stuffing?

If you have, can you tell me approx how long it takes to cook? I can’t collect it until 4.30 tomorrow - I’m trying to plan things but am not sure how long it will take to cook.

Google tells me it weighs between 1.4kg and 1.8kg so you can calculate from that.
(25 mins per 500g + 25 mins for medium)
