Best time today to buy a turkey

I haven't got a turkey yet and can't decide whether to go today or tomorrow.

I've got about 5 supermarkets nearby and am hoping to avoid the busiest time.

Any tips for best time/day?

Went to Aldi at 4:30 yesterday and it was quiet ish. I would recommend going as late or as early as possible.

if you go late you wont get prime pick of what your looking for

I would like a turkey but no one really likes it much so wouldn't be a disaster if we didn't get one (I think, Maybe would cause chaos)

DH went about an hour ago and said it was fine. We decided this morning that we wanted a 3 bird roast instead of a pork joint and he had no problem getting a nice looking one :)

If you have a 24hr supermarket go in the middle of the night! We get up and go at 3am (If we haven't already got everything). My mum has always done this and its always basically empty.

Aldi at 10am (opening time) was perfectly standable, even exchanged smiles with people. It's a Christmas miracle!
