As usual - great timing, I have a sore bit on the inside of my mouth - doesn't look like an ulcer but could be - hurts when I eat/drink/clean my teeth.

Any recommendations please, for how to make it less painful? WineBlushXmas Smile

Salt water or listerine

I have autoimmune issues which cause oral trauma and use:

Adult Anbesol gel
Alcohol free Corsodyl
Fluticanose spray

These were recommended by a professor and I have learnt that depending on where they ate in the mouth which meds work better.

Anbesol gel is fab

Gengigel is very soothing and helps healing.
Some mouthwashes like Listerine can be too harsh.

Warm salt water, swill your mouth with it 3-4 times per day.
