Just got my screen time report for last week

Average of 5 hours 10mins a day last week !! That's awful isn't it?

How do you get this?

Mines the same. I’ve decided it runs even when you’re not using your phone

I had similar. But I use my phone for podcasts while I’m driving and also fitness apps while I’m running so guess they contribute...mind you I do look at my phone a lot too!!

I average about 5 hours a day too. I'm hoping I have more restraint once maternity leave ends....

Also, I never asked my phone to tell me this. It just does it off it’s own bat.

Mammamia iPhone just sends it to me, I didn't ask for it! I use google maps a apple music a lot so hadn't thought that might be contributing! Feel less bad now

Mammamia, you can search for screen time apps on Google play or istore or whichever place you get your apps from.

Mines about 5h. I am not sure if things like aidiobooks count towards screen time?

Mine was around 5 hours too! My defense is that my daughter still has most of her naps on me and needs to be cuddled to sleep at night, so I just sit and play on my phone then.

(Also to whoever mentioned podcasts, as far as I can tell, they don’t count- I quite often listen to them while I’m cleaning but it never shows up)

Mines has dropped 28% but still at 4 hours 20 mins

3hrs 22 mins, down 19%. Feel quite smug about that! My battery life is shocking and I can drain it before I finish work so I thought I must be using my phone way too much but obviously not that much

You lot need to use your laptops more rather than your phone

That's a lot of time I could use elsewhere! In my defence I've had the week off and been online with Christmas stuff lots (shopping recipes etc)

I picked my phone up 92 times on Friday

Minewas down 60% at 1 hour 1 minute

We have it set up for the DC.
Dc1 is very accurate.
Dc2 is completely wrong. It said 4 hours last week and we know it's at least 20 as she's working on computer coursework, probably more.
Dc3 is accurate-ish. Mostly fine but occasionally you see a blip where you know he was/wasn't on and it's wrong.
