Wrist injury

Just some advice please-last night someone threw a spoon across the room (wasn't intended to hit anyone!!) and it hit my hand/knuckles at quite some force/speed, I can feel that the knuckles are bruised and it did bleed. However this morning it hurts to move my hand as well.I get pain in my wrist and even picking up my phone, lifting things and putting presssure on that hand is causing me pain and discomfort. Any ideas what could have happened for so much pain?

hands are full of bones and tendonds and are on the move constantly.
go to minor injuries (check if they have x-ray first).

I think you need an X-ray, something could easily be broken.

Why would someone throw a spoon across the room?! What an idiot.

Thank you, I'll try and get to a walk in centre later today, very stupid thing to do!
