Would you eat these?

Pigs in blankets - bought by husband on Tuesday lunchtime, left in his car at work until he got home at 4pm then put straight in fridge.
I never thought any more about it but my sister is now saying we shouldn't eat them if they've been out the fridge for so long.
Would you eat them? Will i poison all my guests?

thisisjustdaft · 22/12/2018 20:11

If they were then frozen the same day I would, if they're still in the fridge then no.

missmouse101 · 22/12/2018 20:12

I'd eat them, no problem.

Yes seeing as it’s winter

MyArris · 22/12/2018 20:13

Eat them. I left a chicken in my boot for 12 hours last week. We're all fine!

3out · 22/12/2018 20:13

A fridge is 3-5 deg isn’t it? It’s hardly been above 5 deg outside recently. They’ll be fine.

SauvignonBlanche · 22/12/2018 20:16

Yes, of course I would.

stinkypoo · 22/12/2018 20:20

Yes - it's not like it's been warm!

allthegoodusernameshavegone · 22/12/2018 20:24

Yep 👍

Jozen · 22/12/2018 20:27

Depends...
Cold winter's day, car parked in shade, yes absolutely.
Mild to warm winter's day, car parked in the sun, probably not, especially if feeding others.

MusicToMyEars800 · 22/12/2018 22:28

I'd eat them. Im sure they will be fine.

DishranawaywiththeSpoon · 22/12/2018 22:30

Yeah, it's only 3 hrs plus it's cold outside

SalmonLeBon · 22/12/2018 22:30

Bought at lunch time, so around 1pm ish. And back in a fridge at 4pm. So 3 hours, maybe 4 if he had an early lunch. If you don’t eat them, I will.

loobylou10 · 22/12/2018 22:57

Thank you everyone - thought She was worrying about nothing and it seems most of you agree. They will be cooked and eaten!
