KFC abomination

Had KFC for tea tonight, it's a rare treat and I was really looking forward to it. DP brought it back and it had skin-on chips, not fries, fatter chips with skin. Nothing puts me off more than skin-on chips, no more KFC for me.

I agree op. We had KFC today - it was manky. The new chips are horrible, greasy, flaccid things.

I used to go to the food court in the Manchester arndale and get s whopper from the Burger King counter,fries from McDonald's and the chicken gravy from kfc... no one does fries as nice as McDonald's fast food wise

The old fries were shit.

The old fries were vile. The new ones are so much better!

I wasn't keen on the old one, they were never crispy enough. Had the new ones last week, they were really nice but I imagine they'd be horrid if not properly cooked.

The new fries are 100 times better than the old ones. Old ones were all limp and flavourless and a poor excuse for fries.

The new chips are, somehow, worse than the old ones.

I don’t know how KFC always manage such soggy chips. They are by far the worst.

The KFC near us used to do perfectly decent fries. The new ones are chewy & soggy & gross. DH wanted KFC tonight, I insisted on going to one further away where there was also a Burger King so I could get fries from there!

DH likes the new chips. I'm reassessing our relationship.

The new ones are just like horrible school dinner chips, they even have those horrible orange edges like a slug .

Fries from McDonald’s and chicken from kfc is the way forward for me.
