New Year / positivity hamper ideas?

This year has been horrendous and I feel like I have been mentally beaten up. It is my birthday at New year and I will spend it on my own, so I want a tool kit of positivity / things to make me think that this next year will be better and kick ass.... and I need ideas!

I so far have on my list:

Nice notebook and pack of pens
nice candle
UnF*ck yourself book
White sage - cos I am a hippy and want to try a clensing ritual thing!

Any other suggestions while I have amazon prime open?! Are there any vitamins that will boost my mood? Treats to make me smile? Open to all suggestions at this point!

what a lovely idea

how about a little to your 2019 self from your 2018 self, highlighting all the wonderful things about you and your positive wishes for yourself for the new yeat

pop a note inside to remind yourself to go for a lovely walk.. take a camera and snap away

Treat yourself to birthday flowers and if budget permits a flower subscription for a monthly delivery.

Lovely idea.

I find vitamin D helpful
A fountain pen
A couple of books that were your childhood favourites
Bubble bath and sheet masks

Agree with Sweary that a walk with a camera can be very cheering

After a shitty year I made a list of all the things I would be the following year.

Things like;
Calmer
More grateful for what I have
Better at meal planning
Take care of myself at exercise etc etc

Still read it back every once in a while.
