Aldi side of salmon - cook from frozen???

The gammon joint I have from them says to cook from frozen.
The side of salmon (also bought frozen) just says to wash hands after handling raw fish. Cooking time 1hr 5 mins.
What do you think???

Is there anything about defrosting or cooking instructions, does it say cook from frozen. Where did you buy it.

Doesn't say cook from frozen but doesn't say to thaw either, but cooking time is long for thawed isn't it?
Think I will have to call them.

Cook from frozen. If you thawed it and cooked for that length of time, you could probably sole your shoes with it.
