I was sitting behind my front door when a notification popped up that a delivery had been ‘handed to resident’, no knock and I opened the door and there was no person or parcel in sight.
I’ve really had to push for re-delivery, they kept asking to wait longer for it to arrive assuring me it would. The original parcel never did arrive either.
Anyone else had this? Even without Christmas time I’ve been finding them worse and worse
