My parents bought me a ring for my birthday (which is tomorrow). I was given it last night. I took a photo to show a friend. I looked about 30 mins ago and noticed a stone is missing.
I feel terrible that it's missing, and terrible for my Mum. She has said not to worry, she has the receipt and for me to change it, including the design as she's now concerned it is a poor design and may happen again.
So.... Do I go in tonight and change it... I called the store who said they will exchange but I also think they won't have my size in. The store is open until 6.
We are away early tomorrow to PIL's and I feel anxious that my ring is damaged, that my mum may be upset.
