Parental Control App - iPhone - which one?

Hi there, my DS (age 10, year 6) is getting an iPhone SE for Xmas but I'd like to have some control over it - wondered which apps are any good? Thank you!

We just used the restriction settings on the phone. Disabled safari, set age limits on apps etc. It worked ok for us. Ds has an android phone now and we’ve got Google Family Link on it but not sure if it works on apple devices.

Thanks Deez I will have another look at the settings on the phone itself - I'd just like to be able to check up on messages as well as limiting what he can access xx

We use OurPact. We can disable apps and set limits on how long they can be on the phone. We also know all passwords and regularly check messages (usually after they've gone to bed as their phones stay in the kitchen to charge overnight).
