Baby hair growth...

My baby is nearly 9 weeks old. His hair has started to fall out, but seems to be growing back already.

I always thought baby hair took a long time to grow back after it had fallen out...

What were your experiences with this?

His hair looks quite dark, I'm so curious to know if this is proper hair growing in or just baby hair that will fall out again....

I don’t think there are any rules or norms about it are there? DD1 was born with thick black hair. She never lost it but it gradually turned ginger then blonde. DD2 was born with no hair at all, but had loads of blonde hair by about 3 months old.

My boy was born with a full head of dark hair, then blond hair grew in as his dark hair fell out so he was blonde on top and dark round the sides for a while! Then the wispy dark patch at the nape of his neck stayed for months while the rest was thick and blond... He’s 16 months now and the blond hair stayed and is almost shoulder length
