Cough/cold?

My DS is almost 2, he's had a bad cough/cold now for coming up to 2 weeks and it doesn't seem to be getting much better.

Is there anything I can do to help him? Is it a GP trip now? I don't want him struggling with it over Christmas Sad

I think if you are at all concerned then there is never any harm in getting a little one checked by the doctor. Does he have a temperature? How is he in himself? Appetite?

He gets a bit warmer than usual when sleeping. Fine in himself (most of the time) and his appetite is coming back as he hasn't eaten a lot over the past week. @Juanbablo
