Hi, I sold a BNWT dress and the buyer has requested a refund as they claim a seam is open (She has sent photos). It was perfect when I sent but don't have any way to prove this.
Do I accept the refund? Do I have to pay postage on the return?
I just need help so I don't get ripped off. Really annoyed as I paid extra on the delivery so they got It in time!
