Job interview questions

I'm going for a job interview tomorrow, my first in 4 years. I suffer from anxiety and I'm quite stressed about it. I'm trying to prepare myself for the typical questions they ask.
What kind of responses do people give when asked 'what are your weaknesses?'

Perhaps some of this may be helpful;

www.indeed.co.uk/career-advice/interviewing/interview-question-what-are-your-strengths-and-weaknesses

If you see your weakness as, for example, 'I tended not to discuss any difficulties with colleagues,' you could then add, 'However, having reflected on it I decided to make certain I worked more cooperatively and asked the team how we could address a particular issue together.'

Try not to leave the weakness "hanging" - say how you have/would address it. In advance write out a list of the weaknesses you think you may have and think how you might address them. Remember that what you may see as a weakness, others may not.

You do not say if you have been working in the four years since you last had an interview or if you have, for e.g. been a SAHM. If the latter, you have worked hard to run a home, keep tabs, support your family etc - all good skills.

Good luck tomorrow Walrus!! If you feel like it, let us know how you get on.
