I have no idea what chocolate to use and do I need anything else other than chocolate for the chocolate fountain.
And how long will gingerbread man stay good if I buy them on Saturday?
Sorry for boring clueless questions

Thorntons do a tub about 12 quid. You melt in microwave first.

Any chocolate and add cream or vegetable oil. Mine uses 400g chocolate and if you Google chocolate fountain recipe you will find out how much oil or cream to add. I used 30p bars of white chocolate from Lidl ( we made it green for Halloween with food colouring) I thought it would be awful but apparently all white chocolate tastes the same and the kids declared it amazing!

I used to run a chocolate fountain business, years ago. We used Callebaut chocolate, in bags of buttons/chips. We only ever needed to add cocoa fat to the white chocolate, but not much, as their chocolate was high quality. I can't vouch for t these days, but you might want to dig around for recent reviews. It's worth spending the money on high quality chocolate for a fountain so it melts well and tastes nice (of course!!)
