Tell me your secret Santa stories

Love them or loathe them, secret Santa is an office institution.

We had ours this week - no awful choices really, some safe presents (mugs and booktokens and body lotions) but a few innovative ones too.

What have been the highs and lows in your office this year?

I got a beautiful scarf that matches my coat from the new 19 year old trainee - I’m very impressed - it’s lovely! I would not have expected a teen boy/man to pick something so nice

I got a soap and glory set which is obviously yonks old , face wipes the plastic was perished want wipes brown and dried out. Lotions separated and gross. Who does something like that! Bit annoyed.

I got lovely bed socks, which sounds naff but I love them, so cosy. And they were from a new member of my team.

Ours was a success, some really thoughtful gifts, we are a real mix of ages and genders but get on well socially.
