Returns policy at M&S

Can't find my receipt for an item I want to return. Would they give me a credit note?

Did you pay by card?

If not, they do usually give an exhange or credit note at the current or latest sellibg price.

They did for me last Thursday. The items were still in stock at full price.

They are excellent with customer service to be honest usually, but make sure you take back without delay they put their down a lot in the sale and will only give what the till says

Nope, they changed the rules in September.
You can ask but I was only allowed to get a credit note because I bought the items before the change.
