Wrapping paper carrier bags

You know the carrier bags specially made for wrapping paper in that shape and size....

Why does nowhere do them anymore?? I'd pay 5p for one and years ago every shop that sold wrapping paper used to do them but now nowhere does it!!

Do supermarkets that sell bunches of flowers still do the cone shaped bags to put them in to stop them dripping? They might work?
