I bought a Bugaboo Bee 5 from John Lewis weeks ago and it's been arriving in dribs and drabs. I ordered it in store where two assistants told me everything I needed accessory wise to make it functional. Today I finally received the carry cot and was told this was the final thing I needed. I can't attach the carrycot to the chassis though, I've got car seat adapters but do I need to buy adaptors separately for the carrycot?
This peak delivery has gone on for six weeks and I'm so annoyed that even now I can't actually use the thing!
