I got myself a copper anklet and the pain is gone!
The other foot is still popping and cracking a trooper but the copper foot...
No pain at all and although it is still audibly cracking when moved it is so quiet you can barely hear it!
I know my brother would be screaming it’s placebo! It’s a scam, no evidence at all!
