I've hurt my back!!! Either side of my spine , roughly in the middle of my back....i have no idea how.

I pushed through the pain yesterday to crack on with my Christmas baking, i have
A shit ton more today today but can hardly move!
I take enough pain killers for other pain and they just aren't touching it, I could take codeine alongside what I take it doesn't interact, but as I said I take enough painkillers already I almost make a rattling sound when I move.
I currently have a hot water bottle strapped to me with my dressing gown cord and I'm walking like I've shit myself, I have a permanent constipated expression on my face I look delightful!

I wouldn't mind my back hurting of it had a marathon sex session with dh being chucked around the room heat of passion or done something really exciting and daring but I haven't!

So I’ll tell you something.. I had surgery 5 weeks ago.. ON MY ASS. It was so humiliating 🙈 I’m over that now the shame quickly leaves you. But I’m going for results from a scan and probably an examination from a male consultant and I’m nervous.

Do you think I should trim? Ha it’s so embarrassing.

Anyway.. I hope you’re on the sofa watching something cosy! You should definitely do heat/ice combo. I find it works wonders

Hammering the heat and ice, I hate the fuzzy codeine feeling, i take so many pills (prescribed) my head is always fizzy I can't stand adding another into the cocktail.

I'm sure the consultant has seen plenty of arses in his time you'll be fine but I feel your embarrassment I have regular gynae check ups after cancer and I still die of shame when the doc is down there having a good old mooch, it's not right having another man other than dh being here hahah
