Business coffee in / near Covent Garden

I’ve been asked to suggest a place to meet for a business coffee near Covent Garden. It’s the afternoon of last day of the school hols so will still be busy with tourists. I can come up with 20 places for a lunch but haven’t a clue for a coffee at that sort of time. I thought about the National Portrait Gallery Cafe, but I think that could be busy. I’ve used the St James Caffe on Pall Mall before but that’s a bit out of the way. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We often have meetings upstairs in Picturehouse Central at Piccadilly
